The Barber Heart is one of the most powerful Malignant Hearts in Diablo 4, however, it is an extremely rare drop.
Players can create a character from 1 of 5 available classes and use its skills to complete quests through battle in Diablo IV.
Season 1 recently commenced, and it introduced several new features which players can enjoy. You can now also acquire several Malignant Hearts, one of which is The Barber Heart.
Diablo 4: Barber Heart
There are 4 Malignant Heart Types that players can obtain during the first season of Diablo 4. The Wrathful hearts are allegedly the most difficult to get as they are extremely rare, however, they are also incredibly powerful.
One of the Wrathful Hearts is The Barber and when you use it, critical strikes and all subsequent damage within 2.0 and 4.0 seconds are absorbed by your target.
The absorbed damage then erupts onto surrounding enemies and store damage is increased by 10 percent per second.
Players should note that the Barber Heart only starts spawning in World Tier 3 onwards.
It is great while you are in World Tier 3 as the Hearts scale with your level, but when you start World Tier 4, you need to move up, so that it scales with your level. However, the drop chances reduce as you get the World Tier 4 drop in the pool too.
How to acquire the Barber Heart
Once you reach World Tier 3, you can start running Malignant Tunnels to obtain the Barber Heart. We recommend that you follow the routes to find Wrathful Corrupted Elites as this is the only enemy type that can drop the Barber Heart.
Players can also run to the end of the Tunnel where they have a chance of finding Wrathful outgrowths.
If you consume your Wrathful Invoker, you are guaranteed to get Wrathful Threat. We also recommend that you farm the Fissure of Malice, which can be found to the south of Nostrava.
Can the Barber Heart be crafted?
You can use various Malignant Ichors to get a chance at crafting the Barber Heart. The Ichors can be obtained after completing Malignant Tunnels or inside Uncertain Hearts Cache. To craft an item from Ichors, you need to find Cormon’s Wagon.
Players will be able to salvage lower-level Malignant Hearts for Ichors of different colors. If you salvage each Vicious, Brutal and Devious Hearts, you will receive 5 to 15 Ichors.
If you manage to craft the Barber heart, you will be able to equip it in your ring or necklace slots.
Which class can use The Barber Heart?
Of the 32 Malignant Powers, 12 of them, including the Barber, do not have a set class. This essentially means that players can use the Barber Heart on any of the 5 classes in Diablo 4.
When you have procured the Barber Heart, you have to equip it to one of your available slots to activate its effects.
