Although you can use any Champions for MCoC’s Alliance Raids, some Champions are considered better than others.
There are various activities and game modes that Summoners can enjoy in Marvel Contest of Champions, one of which is Alliance Raids. As the name suggests, you have to be part of an Alliance to enjoy this activity.
Although you can use any Champions to participate in the activity, some Champions will perform better, which means that you will earn better rewards.
For this reason, we recommend that you only select the best Champions when preparing for an Alliance Raid.
It is worth noting that there are different roles of Champions that you need to use during a Raid, namely Tactician, Vanguard and Assault. These roles have different objectives that have to be completed in order to successfully complete the raid.
Each role has a variety of Champions to choose from, but as previously explained, some Champions perform better in the Raid than others.
According to YouTuber, Seatin Man of Legends, the best Vanguard Champions are Iron Man, Titania and Absorbing Man.
The best Champions for the Assault role include Hulkbuster, Professor X, OG Storm, Domino and Nick Fury. Summoners can use Angela, Gorr and Hulking for the Tactician role as they are considered the best for Raids.
Alternative Vanguard Champions
If you are yet to procure Iron Man, Titania and Absorbing Man, there are numerous other Champions that you can use.
These characters may not perform as well as Iron Man, Titania and Absorbing Man though, but you will still be able to receive rewards if you use:
- Fantastic
- Silk
- Red Hulk
- Luke Cage
- Abomination (Immortal)
- Thing
- Spider-Man
- Cassie Lang
- Colossus
- Ultron
- Civil Warrior
- War Machine
Tactician Champions
Although Angela, Gorr and Hulking are considered the best Tactician Champions, there are various other characters to use if you have not collected them. Players can use Hyperion, Venom, Silver Surfer or Captain Marvel (Movie).
If you do not have these characters, you can also select Venompool, Sersi, Carnage, Doctor Doom, Longshot and Kushaka. Alternatively, Summoners can use Doctor Voodoo and Spiderman (Supreme) for the Tactician role.
Which other Assault characters can you use?
In addition to Hulkbuster, Professor X, OG Storm, Domino and Nick Fury, numerous other MCoC Champions can function in the Assault role.
That being said, these champions are not considered the best for Raids, however, they are still very powerful:
