MCoC: How to get Raid Tickets

To enter MCoC’s Alliance Raid you have to use 180 Raid Tickets, which can be purchased with a variety of currencies.

Summoners can enjoy a variety of game modes and limited-time events in Marvel Contest of Champions (MCoC). Some activities are Alliance-locked though, which means that you can only enjoy the activity if you are part of an Alliance.

Players who are part of an Alliance can participate in Alliance Raids, which require that you defeat enemies using specific characters to earn rewards. To enter a Raid, you have to pay 180 Raid Tickets.

If you do not have any Raid Tickets, you will not be able to enjoy a Raid, even if you are part of an Alliance. You can purchase Raid Tickets in the Team Select Screen, and they  function similarly to AQ Tickets.

According to the activity’s description, Raid Tickets are sold at a flat cost using several currencies. You can use 1 000 Incursion Artifacts or 75 Glory to purchase Raid Tickets, alternatively, you can use 2 000 Loyalty or 8 Units.

Summoners should note that you have to pay your own way into the Raid map. The cost to enter is therefore not shared across all battlegroups.

Since Alliance Raids were recently added to the game, the developers thought it best to give Summoners enough Raid Tickets for the first Raid Event.

All players can therefore enter the first Raid Event for free, but you have to purchase Raid Tickets to complete additional Raids.

Farming Raid Tickets

In addition to purchasing Raid Tickets with a variety of currencies, the tickets can be accumulated by Map 6-8 as Exploration rewards. Every time you fully explore a map, you will gain a specific number of Raid Tickets.

If you complete map 6, you will receive 6 Tickets, while map 7 will reward you with 7 tickets and map 8 will give you 8 Tickets.

Keep in mind that even if you complete the maps, you will not have enough tickets to enter a Raid, so Summoners should purchase the additional Raid Tickets to enter the Raid Map.

Enlisting for Alliance Raids

Before you can use your Raid Tickets to enter a Raid, you have to enlist for the Raid.

To do this, open the Calendar feature located on the Alliance Quest landing page, and make sure that you enlist for the Raid Map before the Raid Week Event commences.

You can enlist for a Raid on the third week of AQ where the “Next week” tab is found.

To enlist for the Raid, you have to click on the “Raid” icon. The menu will then outline all the necessary information for playing play on the map.

Which Champions should you use?

MCoC Summoners should note that only champions with the specific Role Tags will be available for selection when editing your team before entering the Raid Map.
