MCoC: X-Magica

Sagas are a 3 monthly long event in MCoC, and it invites Summoners to complete activities with X-Magica Tagged Champions

Kabam recently introduced Sagas and a Magical Heist to Marvel Contest of Champions (MCoC). According to the announcement, Sagas are 3-month long seasons of content that will provide a canvas for solo and multiplayer content.

Champions with a Saga tag, such as X-Magica, will receive a temporary Attack and Health boost that applies to various areas of the game.

It is noteworthy that only specific Champions will receive the boosts in Alliance War Attack, Battlegrounds Attack, Raids Attack, Alliance Quest, Incursions, Event Quests, Side Quests and Arenas.

Although the X-Magica Champions will only receive the boost from Wednesday, 6 March 2024, it will remain active for the entire Saga period.

When the 3-month long Saga concludes, a new Saga will commence alongside with a new set of Champions.

X-Magica will be the first Saga introduced and it consists of the following pool of Champions:

What should you do during a Saga?

When the Saga begins, you have to use the X-Magica Tagged Champions and participate in activities in MCoC. As you complete the activities, you will earn Runestones, which can be exchanged for the newly-buffed Nightcrawler.

That being said, there is a chance that Paragon and Valiant Summoners will earn a 7-star Nightcrawler.

According to the announcement, more details will be released in the near future regarding the rewards that you can earn by enjoying various activities in MCoC with X-Magica Champions.

Magic Thief

The announcement revealed that the X-Magica Champions are part of the Attack Tactic category, whereas Champions tagged with Magic Thief are part of the Defense Tactics.

Magic Heist

Before the Saga with the X-Magica Champions begins, MCoC Summoners can enjoy the Magic Heist event.

This invites gamers to enjoy an exclusive Arena in which you have to use your 6-star and 7-star Champions to vanquish enemies.

If you complete objectives, you can earn raffle tickets for the new Champion, The Serpent.

You can also earn X-Magic Runestones, which can be exchanged for a 5 to 7-star Nightcrawler, Saga Exclusive Signature Stones and Rank Up Gems.
