Raid: Shadow Legends’ players can now participate in a fusion event to add Wixwell to their roster, and it requires 16 Rare Champions and 4 Epic Champions
Plarium, Raid: Shadow Legends’ developer, recently released the first ever Community Chosen Fusion event. If you participate in this Fusion event, you will be able to add Vault Keeper, Wixwell, to your Champion collection.
Unlike previous Fusion events, Wixwell’s event is a Traditional Fusion event, which means that instead of collecting Fragments in it, you have to collect Champions. Players must collect 16 Rare Champions to fuse 4 Epic Champions.
Once you have upgraded the 4 Epic Champions to rank 5, level 50, you can fuse your copy of the Vault Keeper.
Unfortunately, you cannot simply choose any 16 Rare Champions to fuse into Epic Champions. The Champions required can be collected by completing Fusion Events and Tournaments.

You have to earn points by completing specific tasks as the Champions will be rewarded at specific Point Milestones.
There are no benefits for finishing in high positions on the ranking list, however, we advise players to ensure that they reach the milestones to earn the points.
Once you have acquired the 16 Rare Champions, you have to increase their levels to 40 before they can be fused into Epic Champions.
That being said, you need to fuse your Legendary before the event timer runs out, or else you will not be able to collect them.
The Champions involved in this fusion are Teryx the Restless and Arwydd Quivergrass. You must procure 16 Teryx Champions and 4 Arwydd Champions to add Wixwell to your Champion roster.
To upgrade these Champions, you need 48 Rank 3 Chickens and 16 Rank 4 Chickens.
Ascending the Champions
In addition to ranking up the required Champions, you also have to fully ascend them in order to fuse them into Wixwell.
The table below lists all the materials that you need to ascend the required Champions:
Affinity | Lesser | Greater | Superior |
Arcane | 80 | 108 | 12 |
Void | 160 | 64 | 0 |
Force | 0 | 80 | 24 |
As shown in the table, players do not have to farm and use Magic and Spirit items to ascend the Champions required to fuse Wixwell. However, it may take some players a while to obtain the necessary items.
That being said, we recommend that you get the items as quickly as possible since the fusion event is only active for a certain period of time.
Wixwell’s skills
Once you have fused the required Champions into Wixwell, you will be able to use him to vanquish enemies. The following table lists his skills alongside a description of each:
Name | Description |
Codex Intercipio | He places 2 Intercept tacks on a target ally. This ability also applies a Defense increase buff and a Shield buff on all allies for 2 turns. |
Tempest of Knowledge | This ability attacks all enemies and has a 75% chance of applying a 50% Decrease Attack debuff for 2 turns. It also increases the duration of all ally buffs by 1 turn. This skill increases the value of all Shields on allies. |
Deadbolt | Wixwell attacks 1 enemy twice, however, every hit has a 40% chance of placing a Provoke debuff for 1 turn. If the target is a Boss, this chance increases to 80%. |
Build guide
Although you can use any artifacts on Wixwell, this is not recommended as some artifacts will enhance his capabilities while others will diminish him.
The following table describes a build that you can use for Arena, Campaign, Clan Boss, Dungeons, Doom Tower and Faction Wars:
