STFC: Isolytic Damage Crew not working

Some STFC Commanders have realized that their Isolytic Damage Crews are not functioning properly, however, Scopely has yet to address the issue.

A recent Star Trek Fleet Command update introduced the new Gorn Hunters. These enemies are immune to standard weapons, so Commanders have to use a ship or crew that can deal Isolytic Damage.

This essentially means that there are only a few officers that you can use to vanquish the Gorn Hunters from the galaxy. We recommend that players use Enterprise-E Picard, Enterprise-E Data and Kathryn Janeway.

These 3 officers will increase the amount of Isolytic Cascade damage you deal, which will help you defeat the Gorn hostiles.

As for the below deck officers, you can use Kim, Neelix and Torres, but you should note that this combination depends on the vessel that you use to trigger the Artifact.

Since the Isolytic Damage Crew has become more popular in the last few days, a few Commanders have realized that they are not functioning properly.

On the official STFC Discord channel, one player asked if anyone else has noticed that the Isolytic Damage Crew is not working.

A player named [FOLD] ArsenicTouch mentioned that the Isolytic Damage Crew is functioning as normal. This indicates that there are only a handful of Commanders whose Isolytic Damage Crew is not working.

How to send a Bug Report

If you find that the Isolytic Damage Crew is not functioning properly, we recommend that you send a Bug Report to Scopely to notify them of the issue.

Players can either open the “Settings” menu in the game to access the “Help” option, or open the Support website directly.

You can then contact STFC’s support to make them aware of the issue. We recommend that you provide a detailed description of your Isolytic Damage Crew and how it is not functioning.

If possible, you can provide the technical team with screenshots of the issue to help them resolve the problem.

The technical team will investigate the problem and will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.

What can you do to resolve the issue?

If the problem still persists, you can uninstall and reinstall STFC, but  reinstalling the game should be a last resort. Before you uninstall the game, you should ensure that you have linked your game to a Scopely Account.

If you do not connect your game to an account, you will lose all your progress. Once you have linked your account, you can simply uninstall the game and reinstall it.

Commanders have to log into their Scopely accounts to retrieve their progress.

When will the issue be resolved?

As previously mentioned, only a few Commanders have noticed that their Isolytic Damage crew is not functioning properly. This means that there is a great possibility that Scopely is not aware of the issue.

The more STFC players submit a Bug Report, the quicker they will become aware of the issue and attempt to resolve it.

Unfortunately, it is still undetermined when the Isolytic Damage Crew bug will be resolved.
