What happened to Penny Pokémon?
Penny, also known as Cassiopeia, is a major character in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, and after being defeated, she reunites with her friends and later joins the player, Arven, and Nemona to traverse Area Zero and help them reach the Zero Lab in The Way Home, the game’s final story.
