The Floating Turtle is a metropolis located on the shell of a massive turtle in the Third Sea of Blox Fruits, situated north of the western part of the Great Tree area, and can also be found in the Elite Pirate Spawn behind Captain Elephant’s spawn or on the hill with a circle top above the Fishman Captain spawns. To access the Floating Turtle, players must be at least Lv. 1775, and from there, they can progress to the Haunted Castle at Lv. 1975.
