Where is Kilton after he leaves?

After leaving Skull Lake, Kilton can be found on the outskirts of most main villages throughout Hyrule, including Rito Village, Zora’s Domain, Gerudo Town, Lake Akkala, Kakariko Village, Hateno Village, and Lurelin Village.
