Tumorhead is located in Lectra City on the planet Promethea, and can be found in a hideout near The Underpass area, underneath the city in one of the corridors in the underground subway. To get to Tumorhead, players need to make their way to the Underpass area, go past the parking garage, and head down to the stairs to find the unique Badass Fanatic mini-boss.
