Forsaken WoW players will be able to obtain Heritage Armor when the next Dragonflight update, Fury Incarnate, is released.
World of Warcraft (WoW) is an adventurous video game which invites gamers to assume the role of Warcraft heroes.
The game’s developer, Blizzard, regularly updates the game to ensure that players have the best gaming experience. They recently announced that the next Dragonflight update will introduce Forsaken Heritage Armor.
WoW: Forsaken Heritage Armor
Blizzard announced on Monday, 7 August 2023 that the next Dragonflight content update, called Fury Incarnate, will allow players to earn Forsaken Heritage Armor.
Heritage Armor sets are cosmetic armor sets which are available to each Allied Race and several main races.
Every Heritage Armor set has a special unlock and once collected, can be transmogged by any character of that particular race.
According to WoW lore, the Forsaken, also known as the Undead, is a race and a faction of intelligent undead which broke away from the Scourge and took control of much of the kingdom of Lordaeron.
The playable Forsaken classes include the Death Knight, Hunter, Mage, Monk, Priest, Rogue, Warlock and Warrior.
This essentially means that the Forsaken classes will be able to procure a new cosmetic set when the Fury Incarnate update is released.
Heritage Armor requirements
Although it is yet to be announced, the Forsaken Heritage Armor set will allegedly have the same requirements as other classes. To collect Heritage Armor, you have to level up your character to level 50.
If your character is of an Allied Race, you need to level up your character without using Recruit-A-Friend, Character Boost, Race Change or Faction Change bonuses.
You have to speak to your faction leader in their corresponding character to receive your Heritage Armor.
If you have a Core Race character, you must level up to level 50 and then complete a questline, which is unique to each of the core races. After completing the quest, you will receive your Heritage Armor set.
When will the Forsaken Heritage Armor be available?
According to the announcement, the Fury Incarnate update will only be released in the week of 5 September 2023. This means that Forsaken players will have enough time to level up their character to level 50 if they have not yet.
In addition to the Forsaken Heritage Armor, the update will introduce a new public event, new customizations, new story quests and a holiday refresh.
WoW players should note that WoW’s servers will be offline while the update is implemented.
