An elf can indeed join the Stormcloaks as the Stormcloaks will accept anyone into their ranks so long as they pass the initial test, regardless of their racial background, including elves. The Stormcloaks’ acceptance of elves is not dependent on their ethnicity but rather on their willingness to fight for the Stormcloak cause and Ulfric, the leader of the Stormcloaks.
Understanding the Stormcloaks and Elves
The Stormcloaks are a faction in the Skyrim universe that seeks independence from the Empire. While there may be some prejudice against elves among certain Nord individuals, this does not prevent elves from joining the Stormcloaks.
