The answer to the question Do you get war bonus if you lose? is yes, but the war win bonus will be heavily reduced if your clan loses or draws a war, with the losing clan receiving 3/7ths of the full war loot bonus and the drawing clan receiving 4/7ths of the full war loot bonus. The war bonus is calculated based on the destruction percentages of your attacks, so even if you don’t win a single battle during a war, you can still receive a war win bonus.
Understanding War Bonus
The war win bonus is loot that you will earn if your clan wins the war, and you can increase this bonus by attacking and defeating enemy War Bases. The number of stars won does not matter, but be careful, because if you fail an attack against an enemy War Base, your war win bonus will increase by a much smaller amount.
