To exit Vault 111, simply walk along the passage, note the door on your right, and loot the discarded toolbox at the far end of the corridor, then backtrack slightly and pass through the sliding door, descend the steps, and take a right at the bottom. By following these steps, you will be able to leave Vault 111 and start your journey in the Fallout 4 world.
