To offer Dinraal’s Claw, you need to return to the Spring of Power and drop the claw in front of the Goddess Statue to complete the quest and be rewarded with a Ruby. The Spring of Power is located in the West side of Akkala near East Akkala Stable, and you can find the Goddess Statue by fast traveling to the Sinatanika Shrine or Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and heading north until you reach the Ordorac Quarry.
