After being cured of vampirism, Serana will leave to see Falion and will return to Fort Dawnguard as a normal human within a few days. During this time, she will no longer be a vampire, losing her 100% resistance to frost and poison, and will also lose the ability to turn you into a Vampire Lord.

Choosing Sides and Marriage
- Should I side with Harkon or Dawnguard?: This is primarily due to how the benefits of being a Dawnguard member outweigh the benefits of being a Vampire Lord; the main reason most players will consider siding with Harkon is because of his ability to transform the Dragonborn into a Vampire Lord, but Serana is also capable of performing this feat toward the end of the questline.
