Zekrom can be found in Dynamax Adventures over in the Crown Tundra in Pokémon Shield, additionally, you can transfer it from Pokémon HOME if there is one that has been transferred from Pokémon Bank which would’ve had one deposited either from Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, and/or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.
