To wait for Dinraal, you should climb on the cliffs just south of the Eldin Great Skeleton for a good starting point, and then wait for the updraft to fly north and aim at the dragon part you are after with your bow and arrow, or alternatively, you can wait on the Tabantha Great Bridge at 5:00 (morning). The best time to wait for Dinraal is between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, when it is most likely to spawn near the Eldin Great Skeleton or Tabantha Great Bridge.
