You can’t use Rennala’s Great Rune because it is different from other Great Runes, as it cannot be equipped and does not need to be activated. Instead, Rennala’s Great Rune of the Unborn gives you access to Rennala’s Rebirth option when you visit her in the Raya Lucaria Grand Library, allowing you to change your cosmetics as well.
