Plantera isn’t spawning because the game doesn’t meet the required conditions to trigger its spawn, such as a player being within a rhombus area with diagonals of 50 tiles long centered on the broken Plantera’s Bulb, or the game’s time being frozen, preventing the bulb from spawning. To fix this issue, ensure that the game’s time is set to x24, sleep in a bed to speed up time, and wait for 2-3 in-game days before exploring the Underground Jungle to find the Plantera’s Bulb.
