Destiny 2: Yas
The Young Ahamkara’s Spine, is a pair of exotic Hunter Gauntlets. This gear piece grants Tripmine energy on solar ability damage and it increases damage, duration, distance and durability.
Furthermore, YAS prevents players from getting hurt by their own high explosive features.
Redditor Timsaurus revealed that the YAS is the perfect option for Grenade Orient Combat as it has received more Shaxx Seals of Approval than any other exotic, including Titan’s Armamentarium.
Some weapons can only be used for player-versus-player while others specialize in player-versus-environment. However, YAS can be used for both gaming modes.
For player-versus-player, Timsaurus stated that players can use the Outlaw explosive knife with the Tripmine on the same doorway to perform an instakill trap.
For player-versus-environment, you can use Thousand Cuts to throw flaming knives. Timsaurus recommends that you throw Tripmine, dodge and repeat until your target is defeated.
How to acquire YAS
Players can purchase YAS from Xûr – a strange being that occasionally appears in Destiny 2. Xûr appears in different locations in the Tower and Vestian Outpost every weekend from 9:00 on a Friday until 9:00 on Sunday.
However, YAS can also be acquired through random loot drops or engrams. An engram is an encrypted state of matter which is considered to be an object’s purest form. Engrams can be procured by vanquishing enemy species.
