Diablo 4: Quelled Hatred
The first season of Diablo 4 brought with it the game’s first Battle Pass. You can progress in the pass by completing a series of challenges tailored to the current season.
The Battle Pass has a companion challenge system which yields additional rewards when completed.
This speeds up the leveling process by giving you Battle Pass progress, Legendary Aspects and reward chances. The Seasonal Journey comprises 7 chapters, each with several objectives that you have to complete to earn Favor.
In the fourth chapter in the Seasonal Journey, you have to complete 9 of 12 objectives. One of these objectives is Quelled Hatred and to complete it, you must purify 1000 Seeds of Hatred in the player-versus-player regions.
Completing this objective, will reward you with Favor, which is required to advance in the Battle Pass.

How to collect Seeds of Hatred
There are several ways to acquire Seeds of Hatred, though all the methods require that you enter the Fields of Hatred.
You can earn Seeds of Hatred by killing demons within the Fields of Hatred. Although it is a player-versus-player zone, you can still find demons which drop seeds upon defeat.
Additionally, you can complete events in the PvP zone to earn Seeds of Hatred. As you explore the zone, gamers may discover hidden chests, which could also contain Seeds of Hatred.
Furthermore, you can kill enemy players to earn Seeds of Hatred.
How to purify Seeds of Hatred
Once you have 1000 Seeds of Hatred, you have to take the seeds to Altars of Extraction. These altars can be found in various locations within a Field of Hatred.
Players must bring the seeds they farmed to any altar to begin the purification process. You should remember that purifying Seeds of Hatred will alert enemy players in the PvP area of your location.
You should therefore be prepared to defend yourself once the purification process has started.
Red Dust
Once you have purified 1000 Seeds of Hatred, you will complete the Quelled Hatred objective and you will earn Red Dust.
Red Dust is a currency which is exclusive to the PvP zones in Diablo 4, and it can be used to purchase mounts, cosmetics and scrolls among other items.
