Diablo Immortal players can acquire Crystalline Fire by participating in Ancients’ Cradle player-versus-player mode and it can be used to purchase items.
In Diablo Immortal, you can uncover the hidden history of what took place between Diablo II and Diablo II. The mobile version of the game is quite similar to its predecessors, as you can immerse yourself in the well-renowned fictional world, Sanctuary.
As you progress in Diablo Immortal, you can discover and collect several items, such as Crystalline Fire.
Diablo Immortal: Crystalline Fire
Diablo Immortal’s latest update, which was introduced on Tuesday, 13 June 2023, added a range of new features to the game.
Players can vanquish new enemies, explore a new region and test their combat abilities in a new difficulty mode called Inferno.
One of the update’s new items is Crystalline Fire, which can be exchanged for unique items at the Fire Dealer. Players can find the new non-player-character in the new region – Ancients’ Cradle.
You can acquire the following items if you visit the Fire Dealer:

How to acquire Crystalline Fire
In order to purchase the items, you must procure Crystalline Fire. According to the official Discord channel, players can only obtain the item by participating in the player-versus-player mode in the new area, Ancients’ Cradle.
To gain access to this area, you must reach Hell Difficulty IX and complete the Fare You Well prologue quest. Players then have to speak with Zathan outside of Deckard Cain’s workshop to begin the prologue quest.
Why you are unable to participate in the PvP mode
Some players are struggling to find, or participate in the player-versus-player mode in Ancients’ Cradle. This is because this mode only activates around 20:00 server time and it remains active until 20:30.
This mode is considered an in-game event, therefore you have to be ready to participate in it daily at 20:00.
Since you can only farm Crystalline Fire for 30 minutes, you may have to participate in the event several times to be able to purchase all the items that the Fire Dealer has for sale.
Who can access Ancients’ Cradle?
It is worth noting that Ancients’ Cradle is accessible to all Diablo Immortal players who meet the requirements. This means that you have to complete the prologue quest and reach Hell Difficulty IX to unlock the area.
Unfortunately, low-level players will not be able to explore the new area, as they are yet to reach Hell Difficulty IX.
