What is a Warband?
A Warband is a small group of players who want to enjoy Diablo Immortal as a party, rather than a solo player. The maximum number of members that a Warband can have is 8.
These mini classes are formed inside a guild that you have joined, and each Warband has unique names with different leaders.
Generally, the player who created the Warband is the leader. You can either create or join a Warband by reaching out to 7 other players. Although Warbands may seem simple to some, it can be vital in your game.
This is because you will get various benefits and bonuses by being part of a Warband.
Diablo Immortal: How to return a Warband item
After completing a Warband battle, players will earn rewards, including reward boxes. However, you cannot loot everything in the box as 1 of the items will be stored in the Warband Stash.
The items in the stash are common to each other and are shared with every member of the specific Warband. Players can take 1 item from the Warband stash, however, if they need another item from the stash, they first have to return the first item.
Although this principle is simple, it has left many players wondering how to return a Warband stash item. There are a few easy steps you can follow to return the item:
- Step 1: You have to open your character’s inventory
- Step 2: Next, find the item you borrowed from the Warband stash
- Step 3: Players have to click on the upside-down arrow on the item to open the options menu
- Step 3: In the list, you can find the option to send the item back to the Warband stash
Once you have returned the item to the Warband Stash, you can borrow a new item from the Warband’s inventory. It is recommended that you consider your Warband’s members’ needs, as they may need the item that you want urgently.
Before withdrawing an item from the Warband stash, it is advisable that you ask your Warband members if they need or want the item. Moreover, players should not keep the Warband Item for too long, as other members in the Warband might require it.
Warband benefits
As previously mentioned, you get various benefits for being part of a Warband. When grouping with fellow Warband members, you will receive a 5 percent increase in drop rates. Warband members also unlock the Warband Camp, which is a social space in the Diablo Immortal.
Moreover, you can receive Sealed Warband Chests, which can be unlocked to earn legendary items, These items can be borrowed from the Warband Members. You can also get a Helliquary Role, which provides your character with several buffs.
In addition to these benefits, you will have permanent in-game partners that you can play with regularly. Warband members also have a chat space to connect with each other and to share particular strategies that can improve their playstyle.
How to create or join a Warband
It is crucial to note that you first have to complete the tutorial before you can create a Warband. Once the feature is unlocked, you can create a Warband by following these steps:
- Step 1: Select the 3 stripes in the top-right corner
- Step 2: Choose the “Warband” option
- Step 3: To join a Warband, you can select one from the list before clicking on “Apply”. Players can use the messaging system to ask questions about a specific group
- Step 4: In order to create a Warband, you have to select the option in the lower left corner of the screen
- Step 5: Players can then pick content that they hope the Warband will do, and select the time of day
- Step 6: Every Warband needs a description, and you can add additional information in this section
- Step 7: Before finalising the process, you have to name your Warband
What happens when you leave a Warband?
Diablo Immortal players can decide to leave a Warband at any time, for any reason. If you leave a Warband, you allegedly receive the items that you contributed to the Warband. These items can then be found in your character’s inventory.
