Melisande is a new General that Evony players can acquire, however, you have to participate in the Rhine Temple event.
Evony: The King’s Return players can now enjoy the War of the Ring event, which consists of a variety of sub-events. You can participate in the Dreamland event, the Gimle Legend and the Rhine Temple event to earn rich rewards.
During the Rhine Temple event, you can use Snow Raven Staffs to win rewards. You can also use the Staffs to recruit the Queen of Gimle, Melisande. She possesses ideals of guarding peace and powerful magical strength.
Monarchs can obtain Snow Raven Staffs by purchasing packages with real money. If you are a free-to-play player, you can procure the Staffs by gathering resources from the world and by defeating monsters.
That being said, you can only gain 10 Staffs by gathering resources, but if you defeat monsters, you can earn 20 Snow Raven Staffs. Once you have acquired Snow Raven Staffs, you have to perform recruits to get rewards.
One of the rewards that you can obtain is the Golden Ode Historic General Chest. You can open this chest to select which Historic General Token that you want to earn.
Players who are interested in adding Historic General Melisande to their collection can select her Token after opening the chest.
If you do not get the Golden Ode Historic General Chest after opening 199 times, you are guaranteed to receive it within the next opening.
Melisande’s statistics
When you have added Melisande to your collection, you can increase her level to improve her statistics. Players can also complete the enhancement and cultivation processes to increase her stats.
The amount by which it increases is equal to the growth rate, all of which are mentioned below:

Melisande’s special skill
Melisande’s special skill, Queen of Gimle, increases siege machines’ attack, defense and health points by 40%.
This skill also increases the March Size by 8% when she is leading the army. When you increase Melisande’s star level, this skill will gain additional effects.
For instance, when she has 3 stars, siege machine attack will be increased by 10%. Ranged troop and siege machine health points will also be increased by 10%.
