You can earn Snowy Raven Staffs in Evony by gathering resources on resource tiles and by defeating monsters on the world map.
Evony: The King’s Return players can now participate in the Rhine Temple event to procure Snowy Raven Staffs.
To obtain a Staff, you have to gather resources from resource tiles, vanquish monsters from the world map or purchase event packages.
Keep in mind, however, that there is no guarantee that you will receive a Staff after gathering resources or defeating a monster.
However, if you purchase an event package, you are guaranteed to get a certain quantity of Snowy Raven Staffs.
Once you have earned a Snowy Raven Staff, you can open the Rhine Temple event and perform a recruit, which will deduct 1 Staff from your inventory.
After recruiting, you will be rewarded generously, however, you also have the chance to earn a Golden Ode Historic General Chest.
If you do not earn this Chest after recruiting 199 times, it is guaranteed that you will receive it the next time you perform a recruit. Once you have a Golden Ode Historic General Chest, you can open it and choose a Historic General Token.
There are 5 Generals to choose from, and every General has a unique speciality. After choosing your Token, you can use it to add the General to your collection.
Drop chance
Every item that you can earn by performing a recruit has a specific drop chance. The higher the%age, the more likely you are to earn the item.

Which General should you choose?
Players will get the opportunity to select a Historic General Token once they have opened the Golden Ode Historic Chest. You can choose between Melisande, Andre Massena, Kleos, Eleanor and Alessandra.
These Generals have numerous skills and abilities, which makes it quite hard to choose one. We recommend that you consider the Generals in your collection before you select a General.
If you do not have a good Siege Machine General, you can choose Melisande. However, if you need a Ground General, you should select the General that specializes in Ground Troops.
Therefore, the General you should choose depends on which Generals you have in your Collection.
How to do a recruit
Once you have a Snowy Raven Staff, you can go to the Rhine Temple event menu.
At the bottom of the menu, you will find “Recruit Once” and “Recruit x10” options, though to recruit 10 times, you need to have 10 Snowy Raven Staffs in your inventory.
Players have to click on one of these icons to perform a recruit and earn rewards.
