There are several heroes and villains that you can acquire by progressing in the game. However, you need to create teams. Some teams are considered better than others, as they contain powerful heroes and villains.

Team basics in MSF

Teams in MSF consist of up to 5 members. However, it is not easy to determine which 5 characters to assign to a team. If you make random choices, you may not be successful during a battlefield.

Players have to build a balanced team which consists of a tank, a healer, a crowd controller, and a damage dealer. Therefore, you should find out which characters have these roles to create the perfect team.

You can create countless teams in MSF, as there are different character combinations. However, some team combinations are considered better than others. In order to determine the best teams in the game, you should consider the varying gaming modes.

The best team for Raids is not necessarily the best team to complete the Cosmic Crucible. However, the strongest teams in MSF overall are:

It is worth noting that some of these characters can only be procured when you reach the mid-game or endgame phase.

Best MSF teams for beginners

If you are just starting in MSF, you will not have access to all the heroes in the game. However, you can still collect characters to create the best teams for the early stages of MSF. The  best teams for beginners are as follows:

You will notice that some teams have more than 5 members. This means that you are not bound to collect 5 specific members.

For instance, you may want to use the Sinister Six team, but you do not have Mysterio, fortunately, you have already collected Vulture, so you can use him instead.

How to collect characters

Before you can create any team, you have to collect superheroes and supervillains. The beginner team’s characters can be acquired by advancing in the campaign. As you advance in MSF, you will collect character shards.

Once you have enough character shards, you will collect the character. Sometimes, MSF will host an in-game event. During this event, you have to complete certain tasks or reach specific milestones to earn character shards.

These character shards can only be acquired during the in-game event. Therefore, you should try to participate in every in-game event to obtain the character.

If you did not collect the character during the in-game event, you may need to use real money to collect the character.

Character shards can also be earned through campaigns, missions, achievements, and events.
