MCoC: Mole Man Duel

To complete a daily objective in MCoC, Summoners have to fight Mole Man, who uses Gianto Jr.’s enormous presence to bully his enemies.

There are various game modes in Marvel Contest of Champions (MCoC), one of which is Duel Targets.

This game mode essentially serves as practice for Summoners to test their abilities, practice combos and refine their fighting techniques.

On the official MCoC Forum, several players have revealed that one of the Daily Missions requires that they fight Mole Man, who was socially shunned for his dwarfish appearance.

You can either search the chapters and nodes to duel Mole Man, or you can begin a Duel to complete the objective.

To begin the Duel, players must select the Mailbox icon, which is in the bottom left corner of the game.

In the new menu, you have the option to search for Summoner Profiles. In the search bar type, TOUPEIRAx to find a profile to defeat Mole Man.

Players should note that capital letters do affect the search results, so you should ensure that you use capital letters to find the profile.

When you have found the profile, you can open it and click on the “Duel” option to begin the fight.

That being said, only Summoners level 7 and higher can enjoy the Duel Mode.

Mole Man’s mechanics

It is worth noting that Mole Man uses Gianto Jr.’s enormous presence to bully his enemies.

Gianto Junior can take a lot of punishment by Purifying Debuffs and converting them into Monster Mass. This allows the pair to counter-attack their opponents which strike their Block.

With Monster Mass, they can also withstand Heavy and Unblockable hits. However, if you deal enough damage to the air, they will go into a frenzy, which causes all hits to become Critical hits and all blocked Attacks to be countered.

Mole Man’s weaknesses

Before beginning the fight against Mole Man, we recommend that you consider his weaknesses, as you can use them to your advantage.

His main sources of damage are Bleed Debuffs, which means that all champions which are immune or resistant to Bleeds will give him a significant disadvantage.

Furthermore, he relies on Purifying Debuffs to power his abilities. If you use Sunspot and Havok, you will take advantage of this ability by dealing extra damage whenever Mole Man purifies a Debuff.

MCoC Champions who have a reliable Stagger ability can nullify Mole Man’s Unstoppable Buffs, which keeps his Monster Mass to a manageable level.
