MSF’s Escape from Kyln event requires players to use trait-specific characters to clear cell blocks to earn rewards
Marvel Strike Force (MSF) players can now enjoy a limited-time event, Escape from Kyln. During this event, players have to attempt to break out of an inescapable intergalactic prison, which contains 40 cells.
You have to battle through three cells to escape, but you can only use 3-character squads based on each Cell’s trait requirements.
According to the game’s description, only players level 65 and higher can participate in the game, however, only the commanders with the strongest rosters stand a chance of escaping the prison.
It is worth noting that the cells are separated into different Cell Blocks and every block has a specific trait requirement. Every cell also has a milestone tied to it, which means that after you clear the cell, you will be rewarded generously.

Similarly to other in-game events, Escape from Kyln has specific rules that must be adhered to. There are no Cooldown periods for characters after a battle, however, health and abilities persist between battles for players and enemies.
Furthermore, you will not be able to heal your characters between battles, but you can heal your characters during a battle.
If you lose a battle, you will remain in the same cell, which means that you will have to reattempt the battle to move to the following cell.
That being said, if you restart a run, you will drop down to floor 1, but it will also heal your characters and reset your score.

Rewards
Once you have broken free from as many cells as possible, there is a possibility that you will earn Mini-Uniques for Gear Tiers 16, 17 and 18.
Furthermore, players will receive L4 Training Modules, Gambit Character shards as well as Red Stars and Diamonds.
Unfortunately, if you have not reached level 65 yet, you will not be able to participate in this event, which means that you will not be able to claim the rewards.
How difficult is Escape from Kyln?
This event will definitely test your roster’s capabilities and will allow you to stretch your theory-crafting with some limitations.
Even though it is a challenging event, it is definitely possible. On the official MSF Discord server, several players have shared their strategies and theories on what the best method is to clear the cells to earn rewards.
Unfortunately, gamers have also mentioned that they can only enjoy the event up to a specific cell since they are unable to meet the other cell’s requirements.
This means that even if you do not meet all the cells’ requirements, you will still be able to complete some of the cells and earn rewards.
