To celebrate MSF’s 6th anniversary Scopely introduced Legacy Reels, though only specific players are eligible for this showcase.
On Tuesday, 5 March 2024, Scopely announced Marvel Strike Force’s Sixth Anniversary Extravaganza.
The update revealed that to celebrate the anniversary of the game, players can participate in a range of special events to acquire valuable rewards.
You can participate in the Sixth Time to Strike event, acquire rare Costumes and enjoy Deadpool’s calendar full of surprises.
The developers also released the Legacy Reel feature, which showcases some of your biggest game highlights.
To acquire your Legacy Reel, you can check out your in-game mail which will provide a link to a website. Alternatively, you can open the website directly to view your Legacy Reel.
Keep in mind, however, that the Legacy Reel feature is only available for players who have logged in for 45 or more days within the last 2 months.
Furthermore, only players who have reached level 45 will be able to see their Legacy Reel. Once you have opened the website, you have to enter your Player ID in the white box to retrieve your #MSF6 Legacy Reel.
On the official MSF Discord server, Scopely Community Manager, CM_Archangel has created an entire channel dedicated to the Legacy Reels.
Players can therefore share their Legacy Reels with other players to display their greatest achievements.
Sixth Anniversary Event
Scopely is currently hosting a mini month-long event which runs alongside the March 2024 event.
This event rewards players with the new Deathpool “S.T.R.I.K.E Anniversary” costume along with the 6th Anniversary Profile Frame.
Players who participate in this event will also receive 1 Diamond for Deathpool. Every week during the event features an Anniversary item that players can earn, but keep in mind that you have to meet certain targets to earn the rewards.
If you complete every week’s objective, you will receive all items. Hence, you should keep an eye out for a featured bonus event weekly.
Sixth Time to Strike
MSF players can join MC Deadpool alongside Deathpool, Kestrel, Spider-Weaver and Vahl in a special mission.
You will traverse through the metaverse in an effort to correct the timeline after Deadpool’s thirst for fun rewrites the history books.
There are 3 difficulties that you can choose from, namely Story, Normal and Bonus. Each difficulty contains 4 chapters, each of which has 4 missions.
The first chapter has already been released, and the additional chapters will be released every week of the Anniversary.
A Big Gift
According to the announcement, MSF players’ inbox will be stuffed with a giant themed gift which will leave its mark on your roster on Thursday, 28 March 2024.
Allegedly there is a little something for all kinds of players, whether you have been playing for 6 days or 6 years.
We therefore recommend that you check back every day of the anniversary, but especially during the final week of the event.
