MSF: New Skill Team

Scopely recently announced that players will soon be able to collect the Spider Society team in MSF and they specialize in the Skill Lane.

There are numerous activities that you can enjoy in Marvel Strike Force (MSF), one of which is Incursion Raids. This mode requires that players complete various lanes, such as Mystic, Skill, Tech, Bio and Mutant.

Scopely’s Character and Combat Director, Matt Sheets, recently announced that a new team which  specializes in the Skill lane, will be added to the game.

The new Skill team is called Spider Society and it consists of Ghost-Spider, Spider-Man (Noir) as well as a new character, Peter. B Parker.

As most MSF players know, any team consists of 5 characters, which means that 2 more characters will be announced to complete the Spider Society team.

According to YouTuber, Dorky Dad, Peni Parker and Spider-Man(Pavitr) will join the Spider Society team. It is worth noting that Ghost-Spider and Spider-Man (Noir) will be reworked to prepare them for their new roles in the Spider Society team.

If you already have them in your collection, we recommend that you increase their levels and upgrade their equipment before the other Spider Society team members are released.

If you following this strategy, you can simply focus on procuring and upgrading the other members once they are officially released.

Recommended ISO-8 classes

In order to enhance your Spider Society team’s capabilities, we recommend that you assign an ISO-8 class to each of them. The table below lists the recommended ISO-8 classes for every member:

Name Recommended ISO-8 class
Ghost Spider We recommend that you assign the Striker class to her as you want as many Bleed effects as possible.
Spider-Man (Noir) Players can either assign either the Striker class or the Rider class to him.
Peter B. Parker To enhance his capabilities, we recommend that you apply the Raider class to him.
Peni Parker We advise players to assign the Striker class to her.
Spider-Man( Pavitr) You can assign the Raider class to this character.

How to obtain the Spider Society team

As previously mentioned, most MSF players will have Ghost Spider and Spider-Man (Noir) in their collection.

Even if they are getting a rework, you do not have to obtain them again, but you have to ensure that you have the latest version of MSF installed to activate their new skills.

The other 3 members of the Spider Society team are yet to be released and unfortunately, Scopely has not announced when they will be added to the game.

However, as with other new characters, we believe that gamers will have to participate in an in-game event to earn their character shards.

That being said, there is a chance that you may be able to purchase the new characters before their release events commence.

Test Server

Players who cannot wait to experience the new Spider Society team can now complete missions with them on the MSF Test Server.

Keep in mind that even if you play with the new team on a test server, you will still have to obtain the new character’s shards to procure them on the normal server when they are officially released.

The test server simply allows players to experiment with the team’s abilities, ISO-8 classes, and strategies before their official release in the game.

That being said, there may be a few changes made to the character’s statistics, abilities and power before they are released on MSF’s normal servers.
