There are various hairstyles that your character can equip in PSO2: NGS, but you can only equip styles which you have collected.
Gamers can join the Artificial Relict to Keep Species (ARKS) organisation in this adventurous video game, Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis (PSO2: NGS).
The game is set on a planet called Halpha, approximately 1000 years after the events of Oracle. It is your responsibility to collaborate with a mysterious ally to defeat a powerful threat.
Before you can explore the vast open world, you must create and customise a character. You can select your character’s gender, class, race, name, hairstyle, and hair colour among other features.
Bear in mind that you can change some of your character’s features later in the game, such as their hairstyle.
How to change your character’s appearance
Players can change their character’s appearance by visiting the Salon. To access this feature, you have to talk to Eterna, who is one of the Salon’s staff members. You can find her in the main plaza with the rest of the non-player characters in Central City.
When you are talking to her, she will offer to take you to the Salon, and accepting her offer will open the character editing screen. This menu allows players to change their character’s appearance, but you should keep in mind that you may need a Salon Pass.
However, adding cosmetics, resizing, changing clothes, and changing armour is free of charge.

Players can change the colour of any hairstyle, but they have to visit the Salon in order to do so. You should note that you need a Salon Pass to change the colour of your character’s hair. Players can acquire Salon Passes by completing tasks in NGS and by participating in events.
