Players can view PSO2: NGS’ mini episodes by going to the quest counter, which can be found in all major cities.
Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis invites gamers to create and control a fictional character to complete quests and defeat enemies.
In addition to the main questline, you can complete side quests, limited-time quests and duel quests. One of the limited-time quests is Mini Episodes, however, players do not know how to view them.
PSO2 NGS: Mini episode viewing
Currently, there are 55 mini episode quests that you can complete in order to receive rewards. That being said, you have to complete all the mini episodes to be rewarded with 100 Star Gems.
To unlock the mini episodes, you have to complete specific side missions and progress until chapter 5 of the main questline.
Players have to complete all the tasks in chapter 5 to gain access to all the mini episodes.
According to an announcement made on Monday, 8 May 2023, the mini episodes that have not been viewed will be accessible through the Quest Counter when the new story launches on 7 June 2023.
This means that players can simply go to their nearest Quest Counter, which can be found in all the main cities, to view the mini episodes. Alternatively, head to all the corresponding non-player-characters (NPCs) to view the mini episodes.
Side quests
In addition to completing chapter 5 of the main questline, you must complete 3 side quests to unlock all the mini episodes. Players have to complete the following quests:

Once you have completed these quests, you will receive accessories, which can be equipped to your character to personalize them.

Why are players struggling to find mini episodes?
There is a possibility that you could get stuck when you are completing the mini episodes. Several PSO2: NGS players revealed on a Reddit thread that they only have a few mini episodes to complete, but they cannot find them.
You have to complete all the side quests and chapter 5 of the main questline before to unlock the mini episodes. If you are missing a few mini episodes, you should complete the side quests to unlock the remaining mini episodes.
