In addition to the main arc, you can enjoy in-game events. One of the events that you can participate in is Cosmic Cleanup, which features the Cosmic Cleanup Event Store.
STFC: Cosmic Cleanup Event Store
One of the recurring events that you can participate in is Cosmic Cleanup, which takes place every Saturday during battle passes.
During this event, you have to defeat enemies to earn rewards. One of the rewards that you can earn is an event currency, which can be used in the Cosmic Cleanup Event Store.
Although it may just seem like another event store, it plays an important role in expanding your fleet.
This is because players can use the Galaxy Tokens currency, which they received during the Cosmic Cleanup event to purchase blueprints for various ships.
There are numerous vessels that you can build by purchasing their blueprints from the Cosmic Cleanup Event Store.
You can acquire blueprints for the USS Discovery, Vi’Dar, Sarcophagus, USS Franklin and the Amalgam, among other ships.
It is worth noting that you will only be able to enjoy the Cosmic Cleanup event once you have reached a specific level. Allegedly, only players who have reached level 18 can participate in the event and purchase blueprints.
Cosmic Cleanup event duration
The Cosmic Cleanup event is only active on Saturdays, which means that you only have a few hours to acquire as many event tokens as possible.
According to the official Discord server, the Cosmic Cleanup Event Store will remain active after the event has concluded.
This gives you enough time to purchase the blueprints you want, however, there is a limit on the number of blueprints that you can buy in a week.
Shipyard level
Once you have collected enough event tokens, you can purchase blueprints for various vessels. That being said, your shipyard has to be a specific level to build the ships:

How to increase Shipyard level
In order to unlock the ships through the Cosmic Cleanup Event Store, you must increase your Shipyard’s level. The Shipyard can be upgraded to give STFC players access to more ships and increase the speed of ship construction.
To upgrade your Shipyard, you need to mine Parsteel, Tritanium, various Crystals and Ores. As the level of your Shipyard increases, so do the required materials to upgrade it to the following level.
