STFC players were able to build Drydock H to hold additional ships, however, it was only available for a limited time in December 2022.
Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC) is an explorative video game which follows the Kelvin chronology of the classic series, Star Trek.
The objective of the game is to build vessels, slay hostiles, complete space-based missions and explore a vast open space. Keep in mind that you have to build Drydocks to progress in the game. One of the Drydocks you can build is H.
Drydocks in STFC
Ships are your primary way to explore the galaxy, participate in combat and complete missions. There are several ships that you can construct, including Interceptors, Explorers, Battleships and Survey Ships.
Unfortunately, the number of ships you can build is determined by the amount of Drydocks in your station.
Every Drydock can have only 1 ship assigned to it. If all of your Drydocks are full, you can swap out your currently assigned ship by clicking the “Swap Ship” option on the ship management page of the Drydock.
Players should remember that your ship must be recalled before you can change ships at the Drydock.
STFC: Drydock H
STFC’s developer, Scopely, updates the game regularly to ensure that you have the best gaming experience. These updates generally introduce new quests, new buildings to construct, new officers and new vessels.
In December 2022, Scopely released the patch notes for update M49, which introduced new station upgrades, field training, new officers as well as 30 new missions.
However, it also introduced a new Drydock, but only players level 35 and higher were able to unlock this feature through the “Offers” tab.
Acquiring Drydock H allows players to command an additional vessel, and this greatly increases their combat and mining capabilities. One STFC player recently shared that he cannot find the Drydock H offer in STFC.
He mentioned that he can see the little green plus icon where Drydock H is supposed to be built in his station, and when he clicked on the icon, the in-game Store popped up. However, Drydock H is nowhere to be found in the Store.
Several other players mentioned that they also cannot find Drydock H and therefore, they are unable to construct an additional Drydock. One player sent the game’s support team a message to enquire about Drydock H.
Scopely announced that the Drydock H package was only available for a limited time during December 2022.
However, Discord Moderator, Cand1e revealed that the Drydock H pack is still available to players if they meet the requirements.
That being said, another STFC player mentioned on the Discord channel that the package is currently unavailable. We therefore recommend that you check the Store regularly to see when it is available again.

How to procure Drydock H
Allegedly, only players who are willing to spend real money in STFC can obtain Drydock H as it can only be purchased with real money.
At the time of writing this, the exact price of the Drydock is undetermined, as the package is allegedly not available for purchase.
STFC player, Funky, revealed in July 2023 that Drydock G and Drydock H was available as 2 separate regular pack options for $20 and $50 each.
Unfortunately, there is no way that free-to-play players can acquire Drydock H, as it can only be purchased.
Do you have to purchase Drydock H?
As mentioned earlier, players can easily change their ships by selecting the “Swap” option in the Drydock management option. In a sense, it is not necessary to purchase Drydock H as you have the option to change ships at any time.
However, it is convenient to have an additional Drydock as you will not have to change vessels on a regular basis.
That being said, you will not receive additional buffs or bonuses if you purchase Drydock. Thus, it is completely optional to purchase the Drydock H package.
Which vessels can you assign to Drydock H?
STFC players can essentially assign any ship to their Drydock H, but you should keep in mind that you need to have the ship in your collection before you can assign it to a Drydock.
You can therefore only assign ships that you have built completely to a Drydock.
In order to build a ship, you need to procure a specific quantity of blueprints by participating in limited-time events and by destroying hostiles.
