To enhance your Enterprise’s abilities in STFC, you have to assign a specific crew to the vessel, and fortunately there are numerous options.
As you progress in Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC) you will have the opportunity to construct a variety of vessels. When your Shipyard reaches level 34, you will be able to build the Enterprise, which is a 3-star Epic Explorer ship.
Even though you can assign any crew combination to the Enterprise, this is not recommended. This is because some crews will perform better when assigned to the vessel than others.
Fortunately, there are numerous officers that you can choose from to create a crew. The following table lists how to collect their officer shards:
Officer | Missions to complete |
James T. Kirk |
|
Spock |
|
Leonard McCoy |
|
Nyota Uhura |
|
Hikaru Sulu |
|
Players can also use Arkady Ivanov and Montgomery Scott in their Enterprise Crew. Their shards can be earned through the Premium Officer Chest, the Standard Officer Chest, the Federation Officer Chest and the Crucible of War Officer Chest.
Additional ways to acquire their officer shards
If you have completed all of the above-mentioned missions and you still have not obtained enough shards to add the officer to your fleet, you can use the following table:
Officer | Additional shards |
James T. Kirk |
|
Spock |
|
Leonard McCoy |
|
Nyota Uhura |
|
Hikaru Sulu |
|
Alternative officers
If you are yet to add these officers to your fleet, you can assign other officers to your Enterprise.
Since it is an Explorer, there are various crew options that you can use. We recommend that you experiment with these crews:
Rank | Crews |

How to construct the Enterprise
As previously mentioned, you can only construct the Enterprise once your Shipyard reaches level 34. Even if you meet the requirement, you have to complete the Specialist mission to obtain the necessary blueprints.
Additional blueprints can be found in the Faction Store, Away Teams Store and in the “Offers” tab.
