Star Trek Day occurred on Friday, 8 September 2023 and STFC celebrated the day by releasing several packages which players can purchase.
In this thrilling video game, Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC) you can complete space-based missions, vanquish hostiles and recruit officers.
The game follows the Kelvin Chronology of the well-renowned Star Trek series. To celebrate Star Trek Day, the game released a few special offers for players to enjoy.
STFC: Star Trek Day
On 8 September 1966, Star Trek debuted for the first time on television and since then, the release of the franchise has been celebrated annually on the same day that it was released.
Since STFC is based on the Star Trek series, they released a few special features and offers to celebrate Star Trek Day.
Players could find the Star Trek Day special category in the in-game store. Unfortunately, these packs were removed from the game thereafter, as Star Trek Day was only celebrated on Friday, 8 September 2023.
That being said, the packs were available for a few days for players to purchase.
Although there were multiple packs available for purchase, they all cost approximately $99.99 each.
Commanders were able to purchase as many packages as they wanted, but it was not mandatory that players purchase a pack to progress in the game.
Every Star Trek Day package has different items, which allowed players to carefully choose which package they want, based on their needs and desires.

There were approximately 10 packs released for Star Trek Day 2023, each of which contained different items. Some of the packs and their contents included:

Which Star Trek Day packages were valuable?
According to YouTuber, Nowonshall, some Star Trek Day packages were more valuable than others. He mentioned that the Star Trek Day DS9 Special was a steal, as it contained ODO shards.
However, the Star Trek Day VOY Special pack was extremely valuable since it featured shards for Captain Janeway.
Unfortunately, these packs are no longer available for purchase, but we recommend that you keep an eye on the store as Scopely is likely to release similar packs in the future.
Will STFC celebrate Star Trek Day again?
There is a big possibility that STFC will celebrate Star Trek Day again on 8 September 2024, in which case you will have to wait a year to purchase Star Trek Day packages again.
However there are various packages available for sale in the STFC in-game store.
