STFC: Temporal Artifacts

STFC’s recent update introduced Temporal Artifacts and if you unlock them, your fleet will receive powerful buffs and bonuses.

On Tuesday, 5 March 2024, Scopely released update 64 for Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC), which  introduced various new features to the game. Commanders level 38 and higher can now unlock and upgrade Temporal Artifacts.

There are numerous Temporal Artifacts that you can unlock, some of which are:

Name Description
Orb of Prophecy Increases Critical Chance when on a Battleship fighting an Explorer.
Nero’s Trident Increases all officer statistics.
La’an’s 21st Century Watch Increases base Construction Speed for buildings.
Stone of Memory Unlocks a new Syndicate XP claim in the Ex-Borg faction store.
Guardian of Forever Reduces an opponent’s total Critical Damage against players and Hostiles level 70 and lower.
Boreth Time Crystal Increases the base Repair Cost Efficiency of Tritanium and Dilithium for all ships.
Krulmuth-B Portal Reduces base damage of player opponents, however, this does not apply during station defense.
Temporal Observatory Increases base Warp Speed for all ships
Chroniton Sample Increases the Borg Cube’s Cutting Beam Damage against Hostiles.
Jaheelah Increases base Damage against Wave Defense hostiles.
Orb of the Emissary Increases Critical Chance when on an Explorer fighting an Interceptor.
Orb of Time Increases Critical Chance when on an Interceptor fighting a Battleship.

Which Temporal Artifact should you unlock first

There is no specific order in which gamers have to unlock their Temporal Artifacts. This means that you can unlock any Temporal Artifact at any time.

However, we recommend that you unlock The Great Eye of Ara first, as it increases Artifact Fragment cost efficiency for all Artifacts.

Once you have unlocked this Temporal Artifact, you can unlock any Artifact that you want. Keep in mind that every Artifact can be upgraded by using Temporal Disruptors to enhance their effects.

How to unlock Temporal Artifacts

Players can claim a daily bundle of Temporal Disruptors and Silent Nebula Tokens from the Ex-Borg Faction Store.

You can exchange your Temporal Disruptors for a Temporal Artifact Shard of your choosing in the Artifact section of the Store.

Furthermore, you can use your Silent Nebula Tokens to travel to Silent Nebula systems to vanquish Silent Enemies.

These enemies will drop Temporal Disruptor Parts that can be exchanged for reward chests, which contain Temporal Disruptors.

Silent Enemies

STFC players can destroy Silent Enemies in the new Silent Nebula systems to acquire Temporal Disruptor Parts.

By exchanging these parts for reward chests, you can acquire additional Temporal Disruptors, which can be used to unlock Temporal Artifact Shards and upgrade the Artifacts that you have already unlocked.
