The Prisma Ohma was recently added to Warframe in the Baro Ki’Teer rotation and players can now purchase it from the Void Vendor.
Warframe is an exhilarating video game that invites players to enjoy role-playing and battle elements. It takes place in a futuristic world, in which you can control members of the Tenno.
As you progress in the game, you will procure an array of weapons, one of which is the Prisma Ohma.
Warframe: Prisma Ohma
On Sunday, 13 August 2023, the Prisma Ohma was added to Warframe in the Baro Ki’Teer rotation.
The Prisma Ohma is the Prisma variant of the Ohma, therefore, it has enhanced damage, critical chance, critical damage and attack speed. However, it also has reduced status chance.
The Prisma line of weaponry is tied to the Void Trader, Baro Ki’Teer, which means that procuring the Prisma Ohma can be difficult and time intensive.
Unfortunately, this trader is only available in Warframe a few days a month in Warframe.
Allegedly, players can only purchase from him 4 days in every month. Furthermore, the Prisma weapons are only part of the trader’s exclusive inventory, from which the items are presented on a rotational basis.
This regrettably means that you may have to wait several months to purchase the Prisma Ohma from the Void Trader.
Baro Ki’Teer
It is believed that players can purchase from Baro Ki’Teer every alternating weekend during one of the Tenno Relays.
If you are lucky, the Prisma Ohma is available for purchase during his visit to Warframe. You can purchase the weapon directly from him for a varying amount of Orokin Ducats.
When the weapon was introduced to Warframe, it was available for purchase for 475 Ducats and 210 000 Credits. However, there is no guarantee that the price will remain the same as time goes by.
Can the Prisma Ohma be traded?
If you missed out on the Prisma Ohma rotation, you can purchase the weapon from other Warframe gamers.
Keep in mind, however, that other players can choose how much they charge for the weapon, so it may be extremely expensive to purchase the Prisma Ohma from another player.
Some players recently revealed that they cannot trade the Prisma Ohma with other players. One of Digital Extreme’s representatives mentioned that this issue will be fixed in the next hotfix.
Allegedly, this trading issue has since been resolved, and if you are still experiencing it, you can submit a ticket to the developers to make them aware of the issue.
Prisma Ohma build
The Prisma Ohma is essentially a Tonfa, thus, it can make use of the same moveset. It boasts a high critical chance of 30 percent, which is enough to use a hybrid critical-status build with Weeping Wounds and Blood Rush.
It combines with Toxin elemental mods for Corrosive damage, so Warframe players have to add Viral procs through abilities.
We recommend that you use the weapon with Saryn’s Toxic Lash and Condition Overload for a raw damage build.
