Persona 4 Fusion is a game mechanic that allows players to combine two or more Personas to create a new, more powerful one, with the resulting Persona inheriting stats and skills from the combined Personas, and can be done by talking to Igor in the Velvet Room. The fusion process involves selecting two or more Personas to fuse, with Igor creating a new Persona with a level based on the average of the combined Personas‘ levels, rounded up, and with the ability to fuse up to six Personas at once using Cross-, Pentagonal-, and Hexagonal-fusion.
