The Ghost in Blooket, specifically referring to the Spooky Ghost, does not sell for any tokens. This is because it is a Mystical Blook, a category of characters that cannot be sold for tokens. Instead, they are awarded through special events and have unique significance in the game. Therefore, you can’t get tokens by selling a Spooky Ghost. However, it’s easy to confuse the Spooky Ghost with other ghost-themed Blooks. The Ghost Cookie, which is a Chroma Blook, sells for 25 tokens. It’s crucial to differentiate between these two, as they are often mistaken for each other due to their similar names. Let’s delve deeper into the details surrounding the Ghost and related Blooks.
Understanding Blooket Rarity and Token Values
To fully grasp the selling price of the Ghost and other Blooks, it’s essential to understand how Blooket categorizes its characters based on rarity:
Common Blooks
These are the most frequent Blooks you’ll encounter and are usually the ones players start with. They have the lowest token value when sold.
Uncommon Blooks
A step up from Common, these are still fairly common but less so than the basic characters. They also have a low token value when sold.
Rare Blooks
As the name suggests, these are less common and fetch a slightly higher value when sold.
Epic Blooks
Epic Blooks are harder to come by than the previous tiers and are sold for a higher token price than common, uncommon and rare Blooks.
Legendary Blooks
Legendary Blooks are significantly rarer, more sought after and sell for a much higher token value than the common, uncommon, rare and epic Blooks.
Chroma Blooks
Chroma Blooks are uniquely colored variants of existing Blooks, often very rare, and have a different value compared to their base Blook versions. The Ghost Cookie falls into this category, and Chroma Blooks can be sold for tokens unlike Mystical ones.
Mystical Blooks
This is the rarest category of Blooks, awarded through special events, and they cannot be sold for tokens. The Spooky Ghost is a Mystical Blook and cannot be sold for tokens.
The Spooky Ghost: A Mystical Enigma
The Spooky Ghost is an animated Blook and one of the four original Mysticals along with Tim the Alien, Rainbow Astronaut, and Phantom King. All of these Blooks are the top rarity in the game and come with significant prestige, not monetary value. It is important to note that the Spooky Ghost is not the same as the Ghost Cookie. It was featured exclusively in Santa’s Workshop game mode, further emphasizing its unique and limited status. Once retired, the Spooky Ghost became one of the most sought-after Blooks, which makes many players want to obtain one when they come back during an event.
The Ghost Cookie: A Sellable Chroma
In stark contrast to the Spooky Ghost, the Ghost Cookie is a Chroma Blook. This means it’s a rare variant of a standard Blook, visually differentiated by its unique color scheme. Specifically, the Ghost Cookie was available only in the Spooky Pack, which is available for a limited time, making it a difficult one to obtain. Unlike the Spooky Ghost, the Ghost Cookie CAN be sold for 25 tokens. It’s a great example of the varying values within Blooket, where rarity doesn’t always equate to the highest sale price.
