You can acquire the Gilded Sunglasses cosmetic by completing a series of quests in WoW, however, you need to have access to the Dragonflight expansion for this.
Players can venture back into time to push back the encroaching chase from other timelines in this exhilarating video game, World of Warcraft (WoW).
As you progress in the game, you will collect various items like armor, weapons, cosmetics and consumables. One of the cosmetic items that players can procure is the Gilded Sunglasses.
Cosmetics
A cosmetic item in WoW is usually associated with armor and can either be worn in the appropriate equipment slot or it can be used to transmogrify other items of the same type.
Players should remember that cosmetic items ignore the armor types such as cloth, leather, mail and plate.
When you equip a cosmetic item, it will adjust the appearance of your armor without altering your armor’s effects and statistics.
This means that your character will still enjoy the benefits of wearing armor without looking like they are wearing armor.
You should remember, though, that equipping a cosmetic will not provide your character with buffs and effects. A cosmetic item’s only purpose is to alter your character’s appearance.
WoW: Gilded Sunglasses
There are numerous cosmetic items that you can acquire in WoW, one of which is the Gilded Sunglasses. To get this item, you have to complete a series of quests.
There are 8 quests that you have to complete to receive the item, and all of them are music themed.
The questline begins with Tie, Signature, which you can pick up by talking to Tempo, who is in Thaldraszus. After talking to Tempo, you have to find Pedgi and Melly at the Everywhen Inn to unlock the next quest, Pedgi the Parched.
To complete this quest, you have to get Pedgi a drink from the inn’s bartender. After giving him the drink, you can pick up the Downbeat Data quest.
You then have to use Melly’s device near objects from other timelines. These objects may be difficult to find, but fortunately, Pedgi’s sunglasses will make the objects more visible.
After using Melly’s device near objects, you have to complete the Compose Yourself quest, during which you must build Pedgi’s Confidence.
You then either have to complete Slime Dies When You’re Having Fun, which requires that you slay Time Slimes; or Grime Lies Where You’re Killing Slimes, for which you have to collect Time Grime.
For the In Sync quest, players have to test the upgraded Metronographer, though this quest has several objectives that must be completed to unlock the final quest.
Feats Per Minute requires that players re-synchronize and defeat the Time Slime Prime.

How to equip the Gilded Sunglasses
After completing the Feats Per Minute quest, you will receive the Gilded Sunglasses as a reward for helping Pedgi. To equip this item, select it in your inventory.
The sunglasses will then replace the armor or cosmetic item that you equipped in your character’s head slot.
Players should note that the Gilded Sunglasses binds to your character when you receive it, which means that you cannot sell it to other players, and you cannot transfer it to a character on the same account.
Who can begin the questline?
In order to begin the questline to acquire the Gilded Sunglasses, your character has to be at least level 60.
Furthermore, you need to have purchased the Dragonflight expansion pack, since the objectives that you need to complete for the sunglasses take place in Thaldraszus.
Unfortunately, this means that players who are yet to purchase the Dragonflight expansion cannot procure the Gilded Sunglasses. In this case, we recommend that you focus on acquiring the cosmetics which are available to you.
Is the quest a hint at other Support Classes?
For this questline, you have to help a musician artist gain the validation he craves, however, some WoW players couldn’t help but think that the timing of this questline could be a very subtle hint at future support classes.
The game’s developer, Blizzard, recently revealed that they may consider more support specs if the Augmentation Evoker is a success.
With this in mind, this questline does seem like it could be hinting at laying the foundation for 2 long-requested classes – the bard and the tinker.
Melly Teletone, whom you meet during the questline, could easily be a tinker, whereas Pedgi is clearly a bard. These characters assume the role of supporters throughout the questline, and it is up to you to slay the enemies.
Players should note, however, that the questline’s subtle hint about the supportive classes is simply speculation and is yet to be confirmed.
