These goals were added with the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, and they can be viewed by pressing the Y button on your keyboard.

WoW: Lucky Penny achievement

The pre-patch phase of Dragonflight is upon us, and players have noticed that there are 2 secret achievements related to the Adventure Guide.

The Adventure Guide, also referred to as the Adventure Journal, was introduced in patch 4.2 as the Dungeon Journal, however, it was revamped in patch 6.2. It lists the phases, abilities, and loot of bosses for outdoor raids, raid instances, and dungeons.

Bear in mind that the guide does not directly specify the mechanics of overcoming the abilities. This means that you have to figure out the encounter strategy on your own. The guide also recommends content for your character’s level.

In order to complete the Lucky Penny achievement, you have to open your adventure guide and scroll through the suggested content.

While scrolling, players will find a Copper Coin, and if you click on it, you will complete the Lucky Penny achievement. You will also begin a new hidden quest once you have clicked on the Copper Coin.

This hidden achievement seems to be part of a small chain of secrets or easter eggs. Subsequent quests in the chain allegedly appear to be on a weekly lockout.

Players can find a Copper Coin, a Silver Coin, a Gold coin, and a Bag of Coins. The final reward for the easter eggs is the Shadowscrawled coin, which is worth 200 gold.

After finding the coins, you will be able to sell them at a merchant to acquire gold, which you can use to purchase items in the game.

Is the Lucky Penny achievement permanently added to the game?

Since the Lucky Penny achievement is hidden, not many players are aware of it. It is unknown whether the achievement will be removed from the game in the near future or not.

Though it is recommended that you complete the achievement as soon as possible, as it could be removed at any time.

Moreover, it is advisable that you find the other easter egg coins while they are still in the game.

At the moment of writing this, the method that can be used to find the other coins is unknown, but you can check your Adventure Guide to see if any coins are hidden in it.

Curious Coin achievement

In addition to the Lucky Penny achievement, you can complete the Curious Coin achievement in the same manner. In other words, you must discover a secret in your Adventure Guide to complete the achievement.

It seems like the Lucky Penny achievement and the Curious Coin achievement are a series of achievements that players can complete.

But unlike other achievements, you will not be rewarded with a collectible item. Instead, you can sell the coins to obtain gold.
