The game recently got a major update, which introduced the Council of State building. However, there are a few requirements that you have to meet to construct it.
Evony: Council of State requirements
The Council of State building allows you to appoint Generals to specific titles to receive buffs. Keep in mind that you can only assign Generals who have a star rating of 5-stars or higher.
Players should also note these Generals function similarly to Duty Generals, which means that they cannot lead troops to harvest resources and defeat foes.
Before you can construct the Council of State, players must upgrade their keep to level 32. Although this sounds like a simple task, there are many other buildings that you have to upgrade before you can reach level 32.
Additionally, you may have to research specific features in your Academy before you can reach level 32. It can therefore be said that the road to level 32 can be quite long, however, if you play Evony frequently, you can reach it in no time.
That being said, it is advisable that you do not rush the game’s content to reach level 32. Players should enjoy the game at a steady pace.
How to upgrade your buildings
If you are yet to reach level 32, there are various buildings that you have to upgrade. As you progress in the game, you will meet the requirements to upgrade certain buildings.
When a building is ready to be upgraded, you will see a green arrow pointing upwards near the building.
This icon will only appear when you have met all the requirements for the upgrade. Alternatively, you can click on a building to see what tasks you still have to complete to upgrade the building.
Which Generals should you assign to the Council of State?
Once you have constructed the Council of State, you will be able to assign Generals to different titles to receive buffs.
You will only have the ground troop type unlocked at this point, thus, you have to assign a ground General. You can essentially assign any General to the position as long as they correspond to the troop type.
How to unlock additional troop types
In order to unlock additional troop types in the Council of State building, you must upgrade the building to the next level.
Evony players should remember that there are also specific requirements that have to be met to upgrade the building.
