Although you can assign any General as the Rally Spot Officer in Evony, we recommend that you assign Toyotomi Hideyoshi.
Evony: The King’s Return is an adventurous video game that enables gamers to build an empire from the ground up.
As you progress in the game, you will collect several Generals who specialize in a variety of activities. However, there are only a few Generals that you can assign to be the Rally Spot Officer.
Duty Generals
Some buildings in your empire have the Duty feature, which means that you can appoint Generals to a specific building to unlock additional bonuses and buffs.
Keep in mind that the building has to be a specific level before it will unlock the Duty option though, which means that it may take some time for you to assign a General to a building and unlock additional bonuses.
If you meet the requirements, you can assign an Officer to your Archer Camp, Barracks, Workshop, Stables and Rally Spot.
However, you can also assign a General to your Hospital, Trap Factory, Warehouse, Embassy, Holy Palace and Bunker.
Evony: Rally Spot Officer
The Rally Spot is essentially a gathering place in which all the troops you have trained come together before an attack.
To assign a General to your Rally Spot, the building has to be at least level 35. When the building reaches level 35, you can assign a General to the building to unlock buffs and bonuses.
In theory, any General can be assigned to the Rally Spot Officer position, however, some Generals will perform better than others.
If you are interested in assigning a General to your Rally Spot, we recommend that you choose Toyotomi Hideyoshi.
His official description reads, “A daimyo of the Sengoky period and one of the three hegemons then.”
If you assign this General to your Rally Spot, you will activate his special ability, Taikou Expedition, which increases March Size by 5 percent and attacking troops’ attack as well as health points by 5 percent.
Additionally, Toyotomi has the following skills:

Players should take note that similarly to his special ability, his other abilities, Sage and Kyushu Expedition, only activate when he is assigned to the Rally Spot Officer Position.
Although you may be tempted to use Toyotomi on the battlefield, this is not recommended, as most of his skills will not activate, so you will likely lose the battle.
Ascending Toyotomi
If you complete the ascension process, you will enhance Toyotomi’s capabilities, which will have a direct influence on your gameplay. The bonuses that he will unlock at each tar are:

| 5 | In-city troops’ attack is increased by 10 percent and defense is increased by 5 percent. |
These bonuses will only activate when Toyotomi is assigned to the Rally Spot.
Toyotomi’s build
To increase a General’s capabilities in Evony, you have to equip him or her with the correct gear and skill books. However, this principle does not apply to Toyotomi, as he is a pure Duty General.
The skill books and gear that you equip on Toyotomi will have no impact on his abilities when he is assigned to the Rally Spot.
We therefore recommend that you do not waste gear and skill books on him. That being said, you should instead focus on cultivation to improve his duty rank. When this is increased, it will enhance his capabilities.
Cultivation
Cultivation in Evony is the process of spending gold and gems to increase Toyotomi’s statistics with a bonus amount.
Every statistic can be increased by an additional 500 points through this process. To increase his statistics by 300 points, you need to use gold.
However, if you want to increase his statistics even more, gold will no longer work. At this point, you have to use Gems to increase his statistics by 500 points.
To begin this process, open Toyotomi’s profile in your collection and click the “Cultivation” option. You will then be able to choose whether you want to increase his statistics with gold or with Gems.
