There are numerous bosses you can conquer on the world map in Evony: The King’s Return. Some bosses spawn on a regular basis, while others only spawn during specific events. One of the event bosses that you can defeat is Ymir.
Similarly to other bosses, you can find different levels of Ymir on the world map. level 2 Ymir is a frost giant that woke up from darkness and is currently spreading frosts to the continent.
Since this boss features 24 600 000 power, it can be difficult to defeat him, however, most players will be able to destroy a level 2 Ymir quite easily.
If you are interested in defeating a level 2 Ymir, you have to ensure that the event that spawns Ymir bosses is active.
If the event is active, search the world map to find a level 2 Ymir. Once you have found one, you can view your chances of winning the battle.
Players whose chances are low should rather avoid the fight, but if your chances are high, you can attack the boss.
Before you can begin the fight, you have to select the troops that you want to send and the General to lead your troops in the attack.
Which troops do you have to use to defeat a level 2 Ymir?
It is believed that mounted troops led by a powerful mounted General equipped with mounted gear, skills and refines are your best bet to vanquish a level 2 Ymir.
We also recommend that players invest in mounted research and technology to enhance their troops.
Some Evony players have mentioned that 500 000 Tier 11 mounted troops with a high-level General will be enough to destroy the boss.
However, you can also use 1 000 000 Tier 12 mounted troops with a powerful Mounted General to vanquish it.
