Evony: Martinus

Martinus is a powerful General in Evony whose capabilities are enhanced when a dragon is assigned to him.

Evony: The King’s Return is an adventurous mobile game in which you can build an empire from scratch. You have to complete quests, harvest resources, destroy enemies, construct buildings and train troops, amongst other things.

To aid you in these tasks, you can recruit Generals, one of which is Martinus.

Evony: Martinus

There are more than 30 unique Generals that players can collect in Evony, each with a specific objective. One of these Generals is Martinus – the Son of the Raged King. Martinus is known for his nobility and is related to the dragon race.

Although you can use Martinus for any activity in Evony, we recommend that you use him to lead your mounted troops to an attack. He excels in both hunting high-level bosses and in player-versus-player battles.

That being said, he is not the best choice for players who are not big spenders. Players can acquire Martinus by opening the “Recruit” option in their Tavern, but you should keep in mind that he is not always available for recruitment.

We therefore advise you to check your Tavern regularly to see when he becomes available. You can purchase Martinus for approximately 80 000 000 Gold.

Martinus’s statistics

Every General in Evony has the same statistics, but their amounts vary. The following table lists Martinus’ statistics and growth rate:

Martinus’s statistics will increase every time he moves to a higher level. The amount by which they increase by is the growth rate. However, you can further increase his statistics through the enhancement and cultivation process.

Specialities

The following table outlines General Martinus’s specialities in Evony:

Strike	Increases march speed by 10 percexnt and mounted troop attack by 20 percent
Mounted Troop Ares	It increases mounted troop attack, health points and defense by 10 percent respectively.
Champion Knight	When Martinus brings a dragon to the attack, mounted troop attack is increased by 46 percent.

Martinus’s special skill, The Dragon Wakes, increases the mounted troop attack by 25 percent. Although when he brings a dragon, their attack increases by an additional 15 percent.
