MSF: AW Counters

Even though you can use any counter for the teams in MSF’s Alliance War (AW), this is not recommended as some counters will perform better than others.

There are numerous game modes in Marvel Strike Force (MSF), however, some activities can only be enjoyed if you are part of an Alliance.

One of these activities is Alliance War, but to be successful in this activity, you have to know which characters you can use to counter numerous teams.

Since there are several teams in MSF, it can be difficult to know which counters you have to use. The following table is  a helpful guide for this:

Strategy

Although you can use the mentioned teams to counter specific characters, you still have to follow a specific strategy to ensure that your Alliance wins the war.

We therefore recommend that you consider your counter’s abilities before you start the battle.

If you use a character’s ability at the wrong time, you may not win the battle. Winning the Alliance War thus does not only depend on the counter you are using, but also on the strategy that you use to beat your opponent.

When is Alliance War

Players should prepare their teams accordingly before the Alliance War activity commences. An Alliance War will start and run on a specific day and time of the week, based on what your Alliance Leader chose.

When the Alliance Leader has selected a time zone, all members of the Alliance will receive a notification of when the Alliance War will be. Keep in mind that the start time will be adjusted to the clock on your device.

Once you know when the Alliance War commences, you can prepare your teams and select your counters to ensure that your Alliance receives the most points during the war.

How to join the Alliance War

As previously mentioned, you have to be part of an Alliance to participate in the Alliance War. However, you need to be at least level 45 and your Alliance has to be level 20.

When you join an Alliance, you will have to wait 24 hours before you can set defenses for the Helicarrier or participate in a War.
