Players can purchase the Slime Pet Cage in Ragnarok X: Next Generation to obtain the Slime Pet, which will improve the character’s statistics during PVP.
Ragnarok X: Next Generation (ROX) is an adaption of the original classic Ragnarok Online massive multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), published and developed by Gravity. The game allows players to once again relive their blissful days in the land of Midgard with their friends.
ROX brings back all of the parts of Ragnarok Online that players once loved, including the original classes, familiar cities and charming monsters. However, it recreates it inch-by-inch with modern graphics, along with three dimensional (3D) viewing, which allow players to explore the world. From Lunatics and Poring’s roaming the fields outside to Prontera, and to the zombies of the Payon Dungeon, nothing is different. However, everything else has changed.
The game inviters players to create their own digital characters. These characters can be customized by equipping them with accessories, costumes and various gear. It is important to note that players constantly need to upgrade their character’s gear, as the game content will only get more difficult.
In ROX, players have a variety of activities and missions to complete. Players have the opportunity to participate in different events, go fishing, cooking, gardening, smelting, tame a monster to become a pet, complete mission boards, join guilds and participate in the carnival system.
Gravity recently confirmed that its first-ever collaboration will be with the popular Japanese anime series, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, also known as Tensura. The series first aired in 2018 and its second season concluded in July 2021. The collaboration will bring the world of Tensura into the fantasy world of Midgard.
Slime’s Adventures
During the event, players can defeat the new mini boss, Orc Lord, as well as the new world boss, Veldora Tempest. After defeating the monsters, players have a chance to earn cards as well as event coins, which can be redeemed for other prizes at the Wonderland Shop.
In order to celebrate the upcoming event, ROX set up a daily reward event page. Players were able to obtain 10 random rewards every day. However, the rewards were based on a first-come-first-serve basis. Players had a chance to win an exclusive mount, a side bar ad a Slime Avatar, among many others.
The Slime event officially commenced on Friday, 10 September 2021, and will conclude on 11 October 2021. During this time, players can face the two new bosses, play mini-games, and complete new quests to receive various awards. Players also stand a chance to obtain a Slime Fantasy-themed outfit, a permanent mount and headgear, among others.
Wonderland Shop
The Wonderland Shop can only be found in the Wonderland Adventure. Players can only enter the shop if they manage to roll the dice and land on the shop icon. If players fail to land on the shop icon, they will not be able to go to the shop. It is recommended that players keep on trying to land on the shop icon, as players can purchase unique items in the shop.

Slime Pet
Players who purchase the Slime Pet Cage in the exchange shop will be surprised with a Slime Pet. This is one of the best items players can buy as this pet includes a statistic that is very useful for player-versus-player (PVP) mode.
There is a 100% chance that players will obtain the Slime Pet when they purchase the Slime Pet Cage. This means that players no longer have to catch the Slime Pet in the traditional way. The pet will automatically be ‘caught’ once players use the cage item from their inventory
