STFC: Ba’Neth

STFC’s update 55 introduced Ba’Neth, a new system which can only be accessed by completing the Commiseration mission.

Gamers can put their tactical skills to the test in this exhilarating video game, Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC).

Scopely, the game’s developer, recently released the patch notes for update 55, which introduces numerous new systems, missions and officers to STFC for you to enjoy. One of the new systems that you can explore is Ba’Neth.

STFC: Ba’Neth

One of the new systems you can explore in the Delta Quadrant is Ba’Neth, which requires a warp range of 25. Low-level players will thus not be able to reach this system as their warp ranges are too low.

This level 32 system is home to several enemies, including Lost enemies and Hirogen Hunters. If you explore this system, you will also be able to accept the Unique Specimen quest, which will yield rich rewards upon completion.

You may not be able to enter Ba’Neth if you do not meet the necessary requirements. To get access to the system, you must complete the Commiseration mission, which can be accepted in Eviloy.

If you still cannot enter Ba’Neth, you should complete the Fragile Agreement mission, which was from a mission chain. Players who cannot accept the Fragile Agreement mission have to complete the Beyond Uncharted mission first.

Beyond Uncharted

Beyond Uncharted requires a warp range of 25 to complete, however, you cannot start it directly by accepting it in a system, as it is part of a chain. To complete this mission, follow these steps:

  1. Investigate the interspatial flexure: Go to Neethia
  2. Donate 150 000 Tritanium to send a probe
  3. Device where to acquire a gravimetric torpedo.

You can either buy a gravimetric torpedo from the Syndicate or ask Starfleet for 1. The tasks that you then have to complete are determined by your decision. You will complete the quest regardless of your decision, but your rewards will differ.

Fragile Agreement

The Fragile Agreement quest cannot be started directly by accepting it in a system, since it is part of a mission chain. You have to complete the chain to access this quest. For this quest players have to:

  1. Travel through the wormhole: Go to Uxal
  2. Follow Captain Turuch: Go to Kalak
  3. Defeat 10 hostiles of level 26 or higher
  4. Locate a scout ship: Go to Dinaal
  5. Return to Captain Turuch: Go to Eviloy

Commiseration Mission

In order to accept the Commiseration Mission, you have to travel to the level 29 neutral system, Eviloy, which is in the Delta Quadrant.

To complete this quest, you must find the activated sensor array before following the signal to the decommissioned sensor array.

STFC players must then vanquish a separatist ship and decide whether they want to share the fake or the real coordinates.

Regardless of your decision, you will be rewarded for completing the quest. Moreover, you will only gain access to Ba’Neth once this quest is completed.
